Small metal bars line the mouth portion and there are small breathing holes throughout the half mask. Perfect for having a horrifying and delectable Halloween!

• CAUTION: If the holes need to be enlarged, trim the mask with a sharp pair of scissors, a little at a time. DO NOT TRIM MASK WHILE WEARRING IT.
