• This is an officially licensed Wizard of OzT costume
• *Please Note: The package states that this costume should fit a 16-22, however it is running small and fits closer to a 16/18. If you need a larger plus size we recommend our "Dorothy Adult Plus" non-licensed (#12571).
• Also, the tag in the dress states that this is a size Large, however the incorrect tags were sewn into the costumes. The correct size is stated on the packaging, this is the manufacturer's Plus size.
